Our locations are designed to remove barriers to accessing care. When you’re ready to get help, we’re ready to meet you where you are.
School-Based
Conveniently located in nearly 100 school buildings across Cuyahoga, Medina, Portage, and Summit Counties, we provide embedded mental health services to students during the school day, making access simple and convenient.
Highland Square – Akron
We serve people of all ages at the Barbara M. Vassel Comprehensive Care Center, located in the diverse and accessible Highland Square neighborhood. With bus stops conveniently located on both sides of our building and ample free parking in our lot, our offices are located in a warm and inviting space, just off of Market Street.
Telehealth
We recognize that for some people, meeting you where you are means meeting you from the safety and comfort of your own home. That’s why we now provide remote treatment services via video or phone using a confidential and secure platform.
Services
Red Oak Behavioral Health offers a comprehensive continuum of behavioral health services that cross the lifespan.
Counseling & Community Support
Individual or group sessions help you gain insight into your feelings and behaviors, build new coping skills, and work toward achieving your mental health goals.
Mentoring & Prevention
Individual and group sessions that help build assets and protective factors and reduce risk factors for substance use and mental health concerns in children, adolescents and adults.
Psychiatry
Medication services provided by licensed and experienced psychiatric providers to help you manage your mental health symptoms. Includes evaluations, nursing support and prescriptions.
Screening & Intervention
Screenings and interventions are tools and services designed to help identify individuals who are at risk or in need of additional supports and provide wraparound services tailored to meet those needs.
Training & Education
Trainings for school staff, parents, clinicians, and community members designed to build capacity to identify and respond to behavioral health needs.
